First time users should start with no weight or maybe holding only one light dumbbell or kettle bell... always begin with a very light weight!
1. Approach forward or backward (need use mirror) and slowly step one foot on side.Â
2. Step other foot to center first then lightly & slowly position equally to opposite side.Â
3. Transfer all your weight to this opposite side
4. Then transfer all again to first side again.
5. Keeping knees slightly bent and laterally engaged try to balance in the upright position before lowering slowly into a deep squat.
Perfect your pushups.Â
